Hanssem Executes the 10-year Quality Guarantee and Inspection Service for the Premium Kitchen Bach

On the 15th, Hanssem Co., Ltd. (Representative Director Choi, Yang-ha), a corporation specializing in the general, home interior,
stated that it will realize the customer impression by extending the time period of the guarantee of the product of the company’s premium kitchen
furniture Kitchen Bach by a maximum of 10 years and by providing the kitchen inspection service free of charge from this month.
            
It guarantees the quality by a maximum of 10 years regarding the bending of the kitchen door and the trunk,
wooden material, the malfunctions of the rails and the hinges, the leaks of the faucet connecting valves, the desorptions of the door surfaces, etc.  

And, regarding the discoloring of the kitchen door, the occurrence of the rust on the storage accessories, etc.,
the quality is guaranteed by a maximum of 5 years.  In case a product defect takes place regarding the concerned matters,
a service technician of Hanssem visits and repairs free of charge. 
            
The kitchen inspection service, too,
is provided free of charge.  A special feature is the point that it is managed with the before service (B/S),
which is not the concept of the after service (A/S), which is requested when a problem occurs to a product. 

A service technician visits the house of the customer for a total of 3 times, including 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years after the installation of the product. 
And the technician inspects the hood, the cooktop, the faucets, the doors, the drains, etc. and provides the hood filter net cleaning service free of charge. 
            
The customer counseling and the product construction service, too, are innovated. 
By selecting 100 kitchen designers (KD) who are exclusively in charge of the Kitchen Bach and by carrying out the design education periodically,
the counseling service that behooves the premium brand is provided.  Also, by forming the construction team who are in exclusive charge of the Kitchen Bach,

who are organized with the most excellent construction staff members,
and by opening the A/S center which for the exclusive use with the Kitchen Bach, the quick and satisfactory customer service gets around to being provided.
